2. Account Registration and Security

When creating your account, you agree to:

3. Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a member of Katrinafinder, you agree to interact with others respectfully and honestly. You must:

• Treat all members with dignity and respect, regardless of cultural background.
• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to genuine relationship-seeking.
• Communicate honestly and not misrepresent your identity, intentions, or personal details.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Katrinafinder:

• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial information from other members.
• Posting obscene, offensive, threatening, or harassing content.
• Creating fake or misleading profiles, or impersonating another person.
• Distributing spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial content.
• Attempting to scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access the service.
• Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Promoting or facilitating human trafficking, exploitation, or illegal immigration schemes.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Katrinafinder - including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design of the Platform - is the property of Katrinafinder or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent. Your use of the Platform does not grant you ownership of any content, code, data, or materials you access.

6. User-Generated Content

By uploading photos, text, or other materials ("User Content") to your profile or messages, you grant Katrinafinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your User Content and may delete it at any time by removing it from your profile or by contacting our support team.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Katrinafinder is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that you will find a match, relationship, or marriage through our Platform.
• We are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or statements of any user.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Reports of harassment, fraud, or scam activity from other members.
• Prolonged inactivity exceeding 24 months.
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its community.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, and shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and post a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Katrinafinder after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
